The actual viral Green Goddess Salad recipe

I tried the original viral recipe...then made it even better.

Friends, I have a thing about viral recipes, so when I first tried the original green goddess salad, I was disappointed - it lacked flavor and the salad reminded me of the lettuce that McDonald’s puts in their chicken sandwiches. Seriously.

So what did I do? I revamped it, and made it actually tasty, to the point that I make it most weeks for a light lunch.
