Condensed Milk Brownies - by Arman Liew - The Big Bite
Condensed Milk Brownies
No eggs, no butter, no oil.
There’s something kind of magical about brownies that barely qualify as a recipe. These are those brownies. Specifically, condensed milk brownies.
I turn to this recipe whenever I want brownies now (well, it’s either this, my flourless brownies, or my protein brownies). They have those gorgeous fudgy centers, shiny tops, and rich, gooey bites that don’t need to pull out half the pantry.
Yes, these need just five simple ingredients.
Sweetened condensed milk is the star, bringing sweetness, structure, and a dense, chewy center. Cocoa powder gives the deep chocolate base, and almond butter adds richness and body. I always fold in extra chocolate chips because I believe every mouthful deserves extra chocolate.
You can bake them a little shorter if you like them gooey, or go a few minutes longer if you want the classic brownies that stay soft for days. Either way, you’ll be digging into these in under 30 minutes.
