Not because tomorrow was difficult,
but because we spent the night living it many times in the mind.
Wabi-sabi is not minimalism.
Minimalism is about control. You decide what stays. You curate. The emptiness is designed.
Wabi-sabi is about acceptance. The worn stone is not worn because someone decided to wear it. It is worn because people walked on it for a hundred years and the stone yielded.
The beauty is not designed. It is received.
