If there's anything I’d tell young men today, what I’ve learned from life, is that the worst dating strategy for young men is to pick out women they’re interested in and then set about trying to get those women interested in them. It doesn’t work.

A better way is to hang back and watch, and notice what women are showing signs of interest in you. Then you pick from among the women who appear interested. Or, you approach women and pick from among the women who return your interest immediately.
