Poignant moment today at a roundtable about the new federal online harms bill at CHEO, Ottawa’s pediatric health and research centre.

Dr Michael Cheng has been a CHEO psychiatrist for over 20 years. Back then, kids hospitalized on a mental health unit wanted to know when their parents would be able to visit. Today, their first question is, “when can I get my phone back?”
