     > Excellent and insightful! The fact that so many people believed that it was a good idea to put a man who is so spectacularly unqualified - so seemingly proud of his own ignorance - in charge of the most powerful nation on earth never ceases to stun and horrify me.

     > Then the Senate allowed this incompetent to surround himself with equally unqualified yesmen including a total incompetent as Secretary of Defense. . We allowed Trump and Musk to fire the experienced strategists, and the experienced State Department negotiators. When it became time to negotiate with the Iranians, we sent our "D" team to sit down with Iranian "A" team. The result is there for the world to see - and to laugh at!
