A kick to the heart when there is estrangement. Gratitude, love, companionship are absent, denied, cancelled. If you find you’ve been forgotten, the only way out is gratitude—for the people and things you DO have. Go out for a fancy coffee, sit with nature, get a massage, walk or join someone else’s gathering if possible. Volunteer!! Giving your time to someone less fortunate shifts your focus. Mostly—know you’re not alone! 🩵💚🩵

### I found this very weathered Alphabet Cone 
I found this very weathered Alphabet Cone on the beach today. It was a 3.5 mile hike on the gulf coast. The last half mile, my old legs were just so tired, I slowed considerably. So, the shell is me—weathered, but still sturdy. That’s why I brought her home.
