The most concise summation I can make is that there seems to be only one thing that unites the angry crowd in DT’s big tent: hatred of Democrats, but for varying reasons. That’s the glue allowing them to overlook all sorts of issues that would otherwise be show-stoppers. Lying, corruption, incompetence, inconsistency - it’s all justifiable in the fight against those awful Democrats.

Then there are the outwardly vulgar anti-establishment types who wear their racist nationalism and macho misogyny with pride. I get those two.
