"And now, in major part thanks to vaccinations, smallpox is eradicated worldwide."  
That is a myth.  
"Better sanitation, better living conditions, better food, better (health)care, always had and have a positive effect on the health of a population. All over the world."  
That is much closer to reality.

People who "hate the US" - they hate Trump c.s. - are the ones making the effort to comment. Now offer those people a Green Card and the majority will immediately move here.

The US has already lost. The Country is hated by the World including Canada. I read comments from people throughout the world and everyone is opposing the US and supporting Iran. Trump has turned everyone against the Country including all of the Former Allies.
