### Chapter 15 Reflection

Chapter 15 of the Regeneration slow read with [Simon Haisell](https://substack.com/profile/8958199-simon-haisell) and this is the first time I have come across the word “flint-knapping”. Being a non-native English speaker I had to look it up. Not something that I did as a child but utterly fascinating nonetheless. Learning about new pastimes - just one more benefit of taking part in Simon’s slow reads. 😁

### Thoughts on Tuesdays

This may sound quaint but for me Tuesdays come with a little highlight. Every Tuesday evening, as I leave the office and walk to the train station along the shores of Lake Zurich, I plug in my earphones and listen to the weekly summary of [Simon Haisell](https://substack.com/profile/8958199-simon-haisell)’s War and Peace slow read. I have grown so used to this that I am beginning to wonder what it will feel like without W&P after December…
