On ne part pas toujours vers ce qu’on va atteindre.

C’est peut-être ça qui m’a le plus remuée la semaine dernière.

Et pourtant, le voyage nous y a menés.
Je crois qu’il y a pas mal de choses comme ça dans une vie.
On avance vers autre chose, et c’est en chemin qu’un endroit, une décision, une évidence finit par apparaître.

I had a flight on American Airlines out of Chicago at 1pm yesterday.

Uncharacteristically for me, I got to the gate an hour before boarding. I was feeling very pleased with myself, actually!
We got delayed twice. We board at 2pm. No biggie.

There's a mechanical error. We deplane at 3pm. A few more delays. We board again at 4:15pm.
There's another delay. This time to refill the beverage carts. But the beverage carts, apparently, aren't anywhere close. We wait, I shit y'all not, 45 minutes at the ga…
