Kushner is completely at home with the Trump family. Equally as ruthless. Equally as narcissistic (overused today, but appropriate here).

A crucial detail I’ve read in several places is that the island has tunnels, miles of tunnels and underground bunkers constructed during the Cold War in anticipation of nuclear dangers.

In addition, the location relates to the straits of Hormuz as, similarly, there is a narrow straight, 53 miles wide if I read correctly, the only connector between the Adriatic and Mediterranean Seas.

So we’re talking strategic position and dynamics if this purchase were to go through.

Citizen-led activism is bittersweet because we should not have to take time from our busy lives to do this. We elect our own people to deal with these issues, but yes, there is corruption among those we elect, which is why types like Kushner are able to slither past the gate. Again, a great victory for all Albanians, yes, but again, bittersweet that we have to do this work ourselves.

I don’t know what the percentage of Albania’s population it was that attended these peaceful protests, but if the same percentage of the American population took the same action, and disabled the cities like the Albanians disabled their capital, they may have some success in toppling the dictatorship and restoring democracy and law. Not enough people are doing anything to stop the massive damage being caused to the USA and its people, and the country is a laughing stock to the rest of the world, all respect has completely disappeared.
