Lessons from a Chronic Loner
IFUNI IBAGARA UBUSHUTI NI MOMO
Notes
The reason why we can’t have another artist like Michael Jackson (aside from obvious reasons) is because music about world peace and unity has become "corny". Music about world and societal justice/issues is deemed cringe and not “deep” or “personal” enough. If someone wrote Black or White today they would be a laughing stock on our social medias.
Gen Z’s approach to media is ruining the chances of having meaningful and hopeful texts. The “it’s not that deep” mentality has strangled every ounce...
God if you’re listening please just end my suffering i’ve had enough.
Neverrrrrrrrrrrrrr everrrrrrrrr ignore that spirit that tells you to prayyyyyyyyyyy.
Showering after a long day feels like a baptism.
Extra heavy on “thank you jesus”.
