Hi, I'm Dawn Lester and this is Dawn of Discernment. We've definitely been hearing more conversations that involve the word terrain, only they quite often are couched in terms of germ theory versus terrain theory. Whenever I hear such conversations I do my best to interject and say, terrain is not a theory. My guests today, Adam and Josh Biggelson, are two of the key voices in the effort to help people understand that terrain is not a theory and to actually really help people understand the importance of the terrain, what it means for our health. They are continuing the work of their father, Dr. Harvey Buggleson, who was a medically trained doctor, although I think his approach wasn't exactly conventional, even though he was conventionally trained.

Adam & Josh Bigelsen are two of the key voices in the effort to raise awareness of the fact that ‘terrain’ is not a theory, but a paradigm that has been proven over time by real results in the real world.

Adam & Josh also talk about their event, Terrainology, in New York in September. I decided to make all of this podcast episode available to everyone because of its importance to counter the propaganda narratives about health that continue to feature in both the mainstream and alternative media.

I also decided to publish the video version of the podcast before the audio version because Adam shares a number of images and some video footage of what they actually see in the blood. These images need to be seen to understand what they’re talking about.
