To follow a thread from psychology to philosophy to systems theory to medicine to mythology to art. We know what it is to encounter a world that’s been artificially divided into categories that don’t reflect the living wholeness of things.

“Become more fully yourself. Listen deeply. Follow resonance. Let your work emerge from alignment rather than force. Measure success by how authentic, alive, and impactful you feel.”

Unhinged nervous system advice: buy the expensive strawberries, flirt back, stretch your hips, cancel the draining plans, kiss slowly, moisturize after the shower like you’re in an early 2000s movie, moan every time you eat a bite of pasta stop acting like your body is a robot and start showing up as the goddess you are.
