VENUS CONJUNCT JUPITER

The reason why Venus and Jupiter are called the “benefics” in Astrology is because they are the two brightest lights in the sky after the Sun and Moon. Benefics bring good things and when they come together (like they will on June 9th), the gifts they bestow are often through people. This might be someone doing you a favor, helping out in a pinch, or saying “yes” when you were afraid that they would say “no.” But there’s a little bit more to this Venus/Jupiter conjunction than just a good turn and that’s because Jupiter is winding up its stay in Cancer, the zodiac sign of its exaltation. This celebrates all the virtues of the planet of providence, munificence, and clemency. This is when the scales will fall from your eyes and you will re-examine past judgments in light of present and more forgiving circumstances. ARIES (March 20 - April 18)

Aries tends to be more passionate than romantic. It comes from being born under Mars. TAURUS (April 19 - May 19)

Mergers and acquisitions are the order of the day when Venus conjoins Jupiter on June 9th. CANCER (June 21 - July 21):

LEO (July 22 - Aug. 21)

VIRGO (Aug. 22 - Sept. 21)

Evidently the person you’re anxious to hear back from is otherwise engaged or the seller you’re dealing with is going to have to put things on hold. Obstacles to happiness are to be expected when Mercury forms a square to Saturn, the planet of detours and delays. Most people would call it a day and move on to something else but you are not like most people because when you find a fit that truly works then you will do whatever it takes to make it happen – even if that means having to wait.

LIBRA (Sept. 22 - Oct. 22):

The Venus/Jupiter conjunction at the top of your solar chart on June 9th acts like a Cosmic kiss that shows favor and bestows protection. The favor may materialize as a bonus, promotion, or some other elevation in status. And the protection? CAPRICORN (Dec. 21 - Jan. 18)

Capricorns aren’t the hard-asses that most people suppose. It’s true you have no problem pointing out the faults in someone’s proposal or listing the reasons for why you’re turning down their request, but you’ll seldom leave things like that. You know what it’s like to attend the School of Hard Knocks and will do your level best to help those enduring a similar curriculum, however they have to show that they’re doing their part. That means willing to do what it takes to improve. If they’re serious, you’ll be there; and if not? Then they would never have recognized a helping hand when they saw it.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 19 - Feb. 17)

It’s funny that for someone who’s always thinking about the future, you’re in no hurry to get there. Maybe you’ve exhausted yourself with all those scenarios you manufactured or overthought matters to such an extent that you can’t even remember the fresh perspective you walked in with. Then again, it’s Summer and you may just want to sit back and chill and let developments unfold on their own. Loved ones and friends may be surprised by your uncharacteristic nonchalance, but the truth is you’ve jumped through the hoops so many times that living in the present moment seems like the most practical approach of all.

PISCES (Feb. 18 - March 19)
