Well, writing is very gratifying. Gardening and raising poultry is a whole other level. It's very humbling. I have worked very hard to achieve the soil quality we now have and it's paying off. I am slowly but surely working on a new written piece but this is currently a work of art that I am very excited about and proud of! So I thought I'd share.

The best way to gain an audience these days is to identify with the opposites. Polarization. Black-and-white thinking. Dehumanizing one side and elevating the other. Nuance is boring. It doesn’t perform well for the algorithm. It doesn’t enrage enough.

But in real life, people are complex. They live lives of paradox. Of both and. Hence, why social media is becoming exhausting for most people. It doesn’t reflect reality.

I predict the culture wars will end not because one sides narrative will win…

So many of us are losing friends to brainrot. They communicate in TikToks and reels. They do not read. They do not think. Their attention span has dwindled to mere seconds. This new generation thinks in memes, viral sounds, and sound bites; their opinions are not their own, but a mixture of whatever slop the algorithm is serving today.

It doesn't have to be this way. Always ask yourself who benefits from you being illiterate and having the attention span of a goldfish. It's not you. We have more power than we think. But we must get our minds back.

You don't always rise by lifting others. If you're not careful, sometimes that's how you sink.

You rise by prioritizing your alignment with your heart. So that when you happen to lift others, it comes from heart-centered generosity, rather than social coercion or self depletion.

"You rise by lifting others" is often how we rationalize martyrdom and chronic self abandonment.

Lifting others from chronic self depletion isn't true generosity. It slowly amplifies resentment.

The addiction to be seen as selfless is an energetic hemorrhage.
