I’ve been on the road and out of the news loop for a while but this [article](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/sep/29/catholic-belgian-university-deplores-comments-by-pope-francis-moments-after-speech) about Pope Francis caught my eye a couple of days ago. Not that it’s a surprising view from the head of the Catholic Church but considering the increasing Christian nationalism in my own country (hey, women gotta breed), it’s worth pointing out in a cartoon.
