a light shines
in the natural you-ness that entered the world
when you were born

know that the full essence of all our love

it sits firmly in the centre of your chest,
with each heart beat,
and each breath,
it rejuvenates;

a natural cycle in tandem with life

you smile...
and the gentleness melts into this world,
playfulness within chaos
tugs at calm
to come join...

naturally,
it follows,
and finds a new centre of meditation,

returning home,
in this illusive world.
