I surrender myself to a song I cannot hear,
only echoes I feel in moments of clarity.

I do not know the endpoint of this clarity.
Only that its source is the truth.

I cannot bargain with it for understanding.
For it talks in a language I do not fully understand.

I cannot ask for it to transport me to a point of certainty,
for all-knowingness is circular.

I cannot ask for what I do not know,
I can only trust.

- in that trust,
I find the truth that was always with me.
