Ohh a fascinating theme this week!!

What fascinates me about spider webs is that they have a negative electrical charge which attracts flying insects that have built up positive electrical charges. They use this to help them fly as well on their silk.

Symbolically I personally love spiders and their webs. It feels like crone energy to me, protective, providing, strong. In some shamanic cultures spiders can be seen as intrusive energies that are causing physical harm to the host body.
