Skillcations challenge you to go deeper in your travel. To ACTUALLY learn something about the culture and history of the place that you’re visiting authentically. Amy’s skillcation experience is an aspect of cultural travel and one that teaches us the power of travel immersion. Make sure to give it a read!

A daily to-do routine should be personalized and sustainable to you. Here’s mine:
10 min of yoga + meditation
20 min of reading
45 min of outdoor activity (meditating outdoors can fold into this
15 min of writing titles (for YouTube, SubStack, Instagram)
phone and computers shut down after 8 PM, turn back on after 10 AM.
