I had Genuine, Generosity, Gratitude, Grit and Growth for a long time. Five Gs. They felt complete.
Then at the end of 2024 I was sitting in the Caribbean with my journal, and something was missing.
The softening. The surrender. The dignified strength. The calm authority. The forgiveness.
Grace.
The old version of me would have white-knuckled her way through. The new version knew how to soften and still be strong. So I added the sixth G.
Grace.

When someone leaves a conversation with me, I want them to have felt my values. Not heard them.
Values are not the words you say when you introduce yourself. They are the labels people experience when they meet you. The energy that arrives in the room before you do.
'Honesty and integrity' is where most people stop with values. It's beautiful but barely a starting line. Define what each one means for you, in your own language. Not the dictionary. You.
Then live them. Read them every morning. Use them as a lens on every big decision.
That's a values practice.

Genuine. Generosity. Gratitude. Grit. Growth. Grace.
Six anchor points.
Read every morning. Before my feet hit the floor.
