# Tzla or not Tzla?

## Are devices the answer?

**Apr 05, 2025**
Alright, so I wanted to share some thoughts stemming from a recent look at Steve testing out what we're calling the "Light Trooper," aka the Tzla device that's been generating a lot of buzz. We took a quick peek at it in action, and you could definitely hear the process. Steve was even massaging himself with it after playing pickleball, so we were exploring the idea of whether it could help with regeneration and energy levels. It brings up some interesting points, doesn't it? We're always looking at ways to support our bodies, maybe even to "break the spell of disease" as Ana and I discussed, and to think critically about medical interpretations.

It made me think about how we often seek quick fixes for energy, like coffee, instead of addressing the underlying reasons for fatigue. It reminded me of past experiences with cell therapy where a capsule could give you a boost but wouldn't change your fundamental condition. So, while these devices are intriguing and there's a definite "wow" factor, especially with something like scalar energy, it's important to consider the role of the placebo effect, which can be surprisingly powerful, especially with higher-priced items.

Ultimately, it seems to come back to the basics for me. While I'm curious about the potential of these high-tech gadgets and we're planning on doing more objective measurements, I also believe in the power of things like Qigong, proper sleep, and even the vibrations of our own voices. There are so many accessible ways to support our well-being that don't require a significant financial investment. We even touched on the potential risks of DIY versions of these devices if not built with the correct materials and understanding. Looking ahead, I'm excited about the possibility of conducting proof-of-concept studies to objectively evaluate some of these technologies, including my sound table. But for now, it’s a reminder that while these devices can be interesting, let's not forget the foundational practices that can have a profound impact on our health and start there before we look to externalize our solutions.
