Teaching Fear vs Teaching Health: The Battle for Our Children’s Minds

Children should grow up trusting their bodies, not fearing them.

I have to speak out about something that absolutely infuriates me😖. There’s a children’s card game called Virus that is pure brainwashing — and it’s being marketed as "fun" while it twists kids’ understanding of their own bodies. From the Terrain Model perspective, this game is everything that’s wrong with how we teach health: it frames viruses as evil enemies to destroy, when in reality, viruses are natural byproducts of the body’s healing and communication processes. Teaching kids that their own biology is dangerous is disgusting.

The entire premise of the game is built around fear, war, and violence — "infecting," "stealing organs," "attacking others." It trains children to see health as a battlefield instead of a balance. It conditions them to believe that survival depends on attacking invisible threats and relying on "medicines" and "vaccines" to protect them. This is psychological programming at its worst — teaching helplessness and fear instead of empowerment and understanding.

Even worse, it completely lies about how health actually works. Organs don’t get sick because of outside invaders; they become imbalanced when the terrain inside the body becomes toxic or stressed. What we call "viruses" are often the body’s own natural efforts to clean and repair. By erasing this truth, games like Virus strip away critical thinking and replace it with blind trust in pharmaceutical interventions. It’s the exact opposite of what real health — true health — is about.

This isn’t just a harmless game. It’s training children to fear their own nature — to believe they are weak, broken, and need constant outside intervention to survive. That’s a dangerous message, and it’s the exact opposite of what real health is about. Health comes from within. The body is powerful, self-healing, and brilliant. Kids should be learning to trust and nurture their terrain — not to fear it.

That’s why I’m not just sitting back and criticizing. I’m creating something better. I’m currently working on a new card game — one that teaches children the truth: that health comes from within, that the body is brilliant, self-healing, and powerful. A game that celebrates balance, resilience, and real understanding. Stay tuned — because the Terrain Revolution is just getting started🥳
