# Adam Bigelsen

I’ve got something exciting to share—I’m now a **published author**.

Not just here on Substack. Not just in blogs or courses.

I published a **real book**—one you can actually hold in your hands.

(Well… _you_ can. I live in Mexico and can’t get it delivered here yet. But my mom will have hers soon.)

It’s called _**The Little Lights Inside of Me**_, and it’s a **terrain-based children’s book** that helps kids understand what’s really going on inside their body—through story, song, and imagination.

## ✨ Why I Wrote _The Little Lights Inside of Me_

After years of teaching health through the lens of the Terrain Model—sharing my father’s legacy, training facilitators, reading blood, and helping people heal—I realized something important:

We spend so much energy trying to help adults unlearn fear…

But what if we raised a generation that **never learned to fear the body in the first place**?

So I set the bar low…

**At children’s height.**

And I wrote a book to plant those seeds early.
