Here we goooooo…..

Many people know me as the son of the great Dr. Harvey Bigelsen. This is something I'm very proud of. However, I am my own individual as well. It's time for me to share my voice, my insights and my thoughts. My life has been quite a journey to say the least… Now it's time to share some of what I have been through and what I'm going through at the moment.

Many people have been publishing things on Substack. Many Substack readers believe that just because someone has published things on Substack that it legitimizes people and their information. This is far from true. There is so much misinformation, that I feel it is my time to share what I know from personal experience. With my father's work, we have had decades of amazing firsthand experiences. We have seen patterns over decades and it's time to share more of that information. I believe it is also time to call out those that are sharing misleading information that can be detrimental to people's health and wellness. So many people regurgitating ridiculousness with no practical experience.

I'd like to hang out with people who know a little or a lot, as long as they don't think they know it all. People who have found some pieces to the puzzle, and are looking to get together with others to see how they can help put our pieces together. People that are in awe of the awesomeness that we are as individuals, and as a connected whole. People that are flexible, adaptable and looking to integrate new information into what they know… or maybe thought they knew. People that want to explore, understand and appreciate how we are connected with nature… and the Terrain.

My life has been a crazy, wild, awesome up-and-down ride, and I really do have many things ready to be shared. My inner Virgo tells me that I can be organized and consistent with my posts. My intention is also to be genuine… To be me😁.
